We are seeking a proactive and creative Account Associate to join our dynamic PR team. The ideal candidate will have a newsroom background, bringing valuable experience in media, journalism, or related fields, and will possess strong skills in pitch writing, media outreach, and booking appearances on TV, radio, and podcasts.

This is a remote work opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in Washington, D.C. or NYC, given the nature of our client engagements and local media landscapes. You should be able to work independently, stay detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior newsroom or journalism experience
• Proven success in pitch writing and media outreach
• Experience with TV, radio, and podcast booking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Bonus: knowledge of the D.C. or NYC media environments
